Then there's the estate...a huge, fenced in, three-hundred acre forested hideaway with a beautiful stream and private lake just outside the city.

The lawyers gave me the keys.

We followed the directions and arrived at MY estate in fifteen minutes. The entry is a wrought iron gate 15 feet wide and 20 feet high set into a 5 feet thick stone wall that has to be at least 25 feet high. The wall extends several hundred feet to either side of the gate before disappearing into the trees. A remote camera monitors the entry and any vehicle pulling before the gate triggers a buzzer at the main house. An intercom allows communication while the vehicle can be observed. The gates are electronically controlled.

Mr. Glass, the man who delivered Miss Malloy's letter to me, answered the signal when we arrived and let us through. We followed the winding drive through the thick trees for a few minutes before suddenly emerging in a majestic open area. A small lake nestled about the bottom of the low hill upon which my new home stood, the entire area surrounded by tall, regal evergreen trees. He met us in front and took us

on a tour.

The impressive 120 feet by 60 feet two-story mansion overlooks the lake, has stone walls three feet thick covered in ivy, and a steeply pitched slate roof with 5 feet dormers every twenty feet. The huge attic is used mainly for storage, except for 40 feet by 30 feet master bedroom suite with 12 feet high ceilings.

There is a 10 feet by 15 feet full bath with whirlpool tub with a bidet commode, (which I'd never seen before but love!), a 10 feet by 15 feet walk-in closet, a 20 feet by 15 feet sitting room with a fire place, and a 20 feet by 15 feet bedroom with a fireplace. The second floor features ceilings 12 feet high. There are a dozen 20 feet by 30 feet bedroom suites, each with walk-in closets, private bath, and sitting area. 10 feet by 20 feet entry foyer and stairwell, a 30 feet by 40 feet ballroom and a 20 feet by 30 feet formal dining room, with two 10 feet by ten feet powder rooms between them. There is also a 30 feet by 20 feet private living room, a 10 feet by 20 feet private dining room as well as another 10 feet by 10 feet powder rooms, a 30 feet by 20 feet kitchen, a 20 feet by 40 feet rec. room, and a 20 feet by 50 feet library/study. The remaining 40 feet by 40 feet makes up the servants quarters. It has every amenity imaginable!

Behind the mansion is an Olympic-sized heated swimming pool that can be closed by rolling greenhouse-type windows for year-round use. There is a huge hot tub and sauna in the adjoining bathhouse that serves to separate the enclosed air conditioned double tennis courts.

Behind this is a ten-car garage with a stable for ten horses. I now own a Rolls Royce limousine as well as a Porshe, a DeLorean, and a BMW. Not to mention two full sized vans!

The estate requires six full-time live-in employees to keep it up and running smoothly. Mother and Grace said it is quite clear they work hard and do an excellent job.

James Glass is the butler and estate manager. His wife, Hilda, is the cook. Harry Fields is the gardener who maintains the estate and doubles as the stable hand to take care of the horses. His wife Marie is the head housekeeper. Greg Downs is the chauffeur and assists Harry Fields. His wife is the maid assisting Marie Fields.

Since the house is fully furnished, Mother said we could move right in!

Greg and Lynn followed us in one of the vans to help us pack our clothes and toiletries.

I'm seated before a warm fire in my new bedroom nestled comfortably beneath the slate roof. Looking out the dormer window, I can see the moonlight reflecting off the lake. God it's so romantic! I'd like nothing better than to lose my virginity--for the second time--in my new bedroom.
